Almost two weeks ago already, was my husband's birthday so we went out to eat with some family to celebrate. It was really cold outside and I just started to come down with a gross cold, so that's probably why I have such a disinterested face in the first photo. haha! I have a habit of dressing nicer when I'm feeling like crap. It always makes me feel a little bit better to know that I don't look as bad as I feel.
If you remember a couple weeks ago I talked about how I have an obsession with tribal print. Well, another one of my big obsessions is leopard print! I have sooo many leopard print pieces. There is just something about it that gives you a dressy and sexy feeling. Perfect for a date night.
This is another one of the tops that I recently bought at Express and I love it! It fits perfectly and is so comfortable. I accessorized it with a few pieces that I picked up at Charming Charlie. The multi-strand bracelet is great because it is magnetic, so no fussing around with clasps! I've worn the necklace a bunch of times. It goes with just about everything. Since I had two big pieces for my necklace and bracelet, I decided to wear studs instead of larger hanging earrings.
Do you ever dress up a little when you are feeling sick? What's you favorite print?

ReplyDeleteThanks so much Julie! I think I'm finally starting to get over it now, but unfortunately, it looks like hubby and little one got it. Hopefully we don't just continually pass it back and forth now. lol

ReplyDeleteThanks Melanie!
ReplyDeleteI'm the complete opposite... if I feel sick or crappy I look crappy... I wear loose pants, a big t-shirt and a sweater... I just do not feel energetic enough to get dressed but I think it's amazing that you do!! Maybe I SHOULD start dressing up when I feel sick... maybe it'll help me feel a little better :D
