January Goals
// This month I am going to be giving you a little peek into our home. Every Thursday I will have a new room to show you. I will be starting with the master bedroom next week!
// I will try to post 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). I have an idea written down for every day this month, I just have to get them written!
// I will continue posting outfit posts every Monday, and TRY to have new artwork/DIYs every Friday. I've really been slacking on my artwork lately
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
// I really got into the Christmas spirit and starting making a few new bulbs for the tree. I painted dorky bulbs for my hubby, made a super quick Mickey Mouse bulb for my daughter, a keepsake ornament with my daughter's hospital hat and bracelet from the day she was born, and made a fun wedding ornament. I was an ornament making machine! haha
// I made my first piece of art in months.... and it was part of a friend's proposal!! No pressure there!
// I had a lot of problems with my migraines last month so there were a bunch of days when I didn't even change out of my sweats, but I did manage to change into "real clothes" for a few days. I had a nice night out with my girl's, threw on some leopard print to celebrate a birthday, and shared a whole week's worth of outfits!
Happy New Year everyone!
I love your recaps and your goals! I can't wait for you to blog 5 times a week!

Thanks so much! I'm hoping I can hold myself to them!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I that the baby's keepsake ornament. I'm so happy with how it turned out. I'm a big sentimental person so I love having things like that. I hope you also have a great 2015!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Julie!! Happy new year to you and your family as well!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Jessica! I was having issues getting your blog button to go into the same area as the other buttons without a "grab code". I used a code for all of the other ones so I had to put yours into a different category as a picture and add a link back. I couldn't figure out any other way to do it. I'm still learning! lol!! I'm going to keep trying to mess with it tho. Hope you had a great New Year's!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! I'm going to do my best to stay on top of my goals. Fingers crossed! lol! Happy 2015! Hope you had a great New Year's!
ReplyDeleteAhh I gotcha! hmm I wonder how I can help? For my buttons I just use the html code for an image. see if this works, copy and paste this code under Birch Juice's button. just take out the asterisk's (there are two)

okay I just sent you the email. three actually lol!! make sure you read the last one - that one has the correct code :D
ReplyDeleteYayyy! All fixed! Thank you so much for sending that for me. Sorry, I'm such a pain in the butt. I am still so lost when it comes to some of this blogging stuff. haha! It's embarrassing actually, especially after almost a year!
ReplyDeleteno problem!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThe proposal piece and all your ornaments are incredible! You're so talented :) Cheers to a new year and I pray your migraines leave. I can't imagine how frustrating that must be.
ReplyDeleteThose ornaments are so cute, I love the "dorky" bulbs! And that art piece for the proposal, how pretty and romantic! :)
ReplyDeleteLovely artwork. Good luck with your January goals, posting five days a week is a big one! xx
ReplyDeleteThanks so much!! It was a lot of fun to paint, and I'm so happy I could help them
ReplyDeleteMy husband was definitely really excited about the dorky bulbs. haha! I'm a big dork too so they were kind of for me too...but shhh don't tell. LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! I've got an idea for every day this month. I'm just hoping I can keep up! haha
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented!! I consider myself to be fairly creative and artistic, but I have absolutely no talent for drawing, painting etc. haha I'm always in awe of people who can do that. I'm hoping to post more often this year and to get posts lined up in advance, but I still have a little work to do there! Happy New Year :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I've always had a huge love for painting/drawing/anything artsy. lol! It's such a great stress reliever!
ReplyDeleteSo excited to see your house posts in the coming weeks!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I always love seeing other people's houses so I thought I would give it a try too. The struggle is keeping my house clean enough for pictures. haha! My (Almost) 2 year old doesn't make that easy. lol
ReplyDeleteGosh your outfits are adorable! That white Express top in the bottom center is my favorite. I can't stop thinking about it and NEED to find one! In black and white. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat cute ornaments! The baby one is a really sweet idea! :) Some very stylish outfits too :)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful 2015!
